Engagement Structure
Every business is unique, so the first step is scheduling a discovery meeting to get to know each other better. Typical “Launch & Scale” engagements last 12 weeks in duration with my services engaged part-time. Your business goals and my availability will guide the nature of the engagement.
What’s Included
We’ll work closely together to define and achieve your business’s goals, but at the end of the day, you’ll have an actionable gameplan and playbook for your business development and sales goals. The complexity and scope of engagement may also extend to marketing content and systems, beginning implementation of other BD and sales systems, and even working with a recruitment firm to build out your sales team together.

Yes, as part of developing your growth and sales strategy, I can get the ball rolling on your first iterations of marketing and positioning. However, the goal is laying a foundation so you can run with it independently over the long-term. My aim is to empower you, not gate-keep. If your business needs ongoing marketing support and you don’t have internal bandwidth, I can help you find the right marketing support in either a full-time hire or fractional (part-time contractor) capacity.

My office space is located in central downtown, Calgary. If you’d like me to work in-person from your (Calgary) offices from time-to-time, that can be arranged on a case-by-case basis. I can also host meetings in my space if needed. I prefer some level of in-person collaboration if possible, but I can also work remotely with clients based outside of Calgary.
